Had the NutriBullet RX 1 week and the seal fell out causing us to call customer service and having a new one sent out. It took a week to get it. We did everything right and still the seal fell out. We have seen many reports of this happening and not fix of the problem has been made.

I was given this as a gift. The first few times I used it, everything was fine. Then, the next time, as I was putting the blade on the bottom, it did not feel right. when I turned it over it was leaking. I re did the whole thing and turned it on. It began to leak bad. I brought it back to the store where it was purchased and got another one, thinking I just got a faulty one the first time. The second one did the same thing the first time I used it. I brought that one back and got a Ninja.

I tried the Tomato Basil soup and followed the instructions. The liquid started coming out of the top. I took it off the base and forgot that the part with the cutter was on the bottom and when I took it off everything went all over. I really didn't think the soup tasted all that good. No flavor!

I bought this unit around 2 1/2 months ago. Called twice about the smoothie leaking when putting it on to smooth. They said on two different occasions I am filling it too much. Both times I lowered the amount. Plus after I spin it, it is very hard to open. The last time I used it I had to go to my neighbors house for him to open it. Not at all satisfied with this unit. Sorry

I was sure I would love this since I have had two Magic Bullets that I use everyday and love. There is nothing inherently wrong with the NutriBullet - but I just want to offer something to consider. I found the consistency, color and taste of the drinks to be unappetizing so I returned it...it cost about $40 USPS and insured for $200. A costly miscalulation on my part. If you're not sure - buy it locally so you don't incur return costs.
