I went thru 3 nutribullet rx in a 1 month period. The rubber seal on the blade kept coming off..it got chopped up once, the other 2 I was ready when they came off. I returned them to kohls each time. I returned the third time and in return I got the nutri ninja blender duo....i am so happy with it..

My bullet was broken y'all sent me two blades and it still did'nt fix the problem.So I sent it back.I really wanted it to work but it did'nt.

Been using this a few weeks now though have used the older models. Difference is that when you use this one it turns itself off where as the others if you are not careful and leave on too long motor starts smoking, like the added feature to ensure this does not happen. Know my daughter had to return the smaller NutriBullet after this happened.
Another thing I like is that it has a tool to help you close and open the top so nothing leaks out, do use it as you don't want food leaking into motor from not properly closing lid...
Can't give this a 5 yet because have not used the hot soup making side yet.
Also cannot give it a five as directions say you can use in TOP RACK ONLY of dishwasher...how the heck can you load a tall object like this in the TOP rack? So it's all by hand to wash. Not happy about that but cleans up pretty easy anyway.

Why doesn't it work for me? No heat!!!

I bought this machine to make soup, why doesn't it work? Complained and company sent a second one which I thought was good, but on trying it out, it also didn't heat the soup. Followed the instructions carefully, but no red light and had to heat the soup in the microwave. Would like my money back. Also noted the later model was different, so changes are being made to this product to try to improve it.

the recipes and list of foods were helpful. I haven't felt a large change I my body yet. Honestly, I am taken back a little. Because I thought the foods was going to taste better. I tried a lot of recipes and I am going to try to make up some of my own. I will continue to work with it since I have lost 10lbs.

I have the regular NutriBullet & it is GREAT. The NutriBullet Rx is bigger, more powerful, but we bought it to make soups. At least so far, it makes a pretty bland soup.
