Just a blender.

Was so excited to get the nutribulletRx, but am slightly disappointed now that I have tried it. It works only slightly better than my Walmart blender. Commercial shows fruits and vegetables going in and smooth juice coming out. Mine came out fairly chunky still & had to cycle through twice (was not over filled and there was plenty of water in the cup). It was also MUCH larger than the pictures made it seem. Shows a woman drinking out of the short cup easily, but i find it much too bulky. I was hoping to be able to leave it on the counter for daily use, but it is too lage for that. I can see it getting put away and never used as it is very heavy and would be too much of a hassle to pull out every time. Overall, I'd say it is very misleading & not any better than most other blenders I've tried.

My machine is a month old. After a few uses the large container leaked into the motor housing. After some effort company sent a new blade/base. Again it leaked into the motor. Tried the small pitcher and it did not leak. Large pitcher had a rough bump on bottom and asked to have it replaced. Company said I would have to pay S&H. Again got Amazon involved and after sending a picture they agreed to send a new pitcher. So far (2 uses) the new one has not leaked. Company not responsive to problems, hard to deal with would not work with me. Glad I bot the extended warranty as I am afraid the motor may have a problem from the leaking pitchers. Would not buy from this company again. Do love what the product produces when it works, but very unhappy with the customer service.

I've been using my NutriBullet Rx for over a month. The biggest change, I'm not craving rich fattening foods, even, turned off to fast food advertising, notice I am feeling better. Especially love, SouperBlast Pitcher with heat option. Made a AlmondMilk, CacaoChocolate, with Cinnamon & Chia Seeds, Yummy for Chocolate lovers. The only problem I had with the unit was tightening the base, finally used the "Plastic Handle Blade Remover" to tighten it as well. Use it almost every day,

I had this about a week and the gasket got chewed up, I should have read the reviews before I purchased. Luckily Bed, Bath and Beyond took it back for a full refund

I am a senior citizen with several conditions no more are they overwhelmed I have given as gifts my countless experiences and shared my physical joy as physical gifts as well. I thank my son Naji so much for nutri bullet information that was my start. I thank your company for release and opportunities that would never been possible had it not been for such a wonderful product with realistic opportunities nutritionally as well as financial. I appreciate my payments plan as well who could ask for more I am on a fixed income but not overwhelmed. Your plan is wonderful in so many ways. Time would not permit me to explain. My original NutriBullet recently broke (I believe my boyfriend may have jammed the screw top blade into the base - had to throw the whole thing out). I compared products, looked around, asked around - found my way back to a NutriBullet Rx. I like the fact that there is an on/off switch, the base is bigger/sturdier, and the unit as a whole works well for my needs. Careful to not overfill the cup - ANY machine (not just NutriBullet) is bound to overflow.
