great on non frozen ingrediants!

I got this in August, I was mostly using fruits and vegetables from the farmers markets, now that I am mostly using frozen, the blade stops spinning, and I have to take the lid off and clear the blade, however I use this every morning for a breakfast shake!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a couple months a go. Love the soup feature and especially loved how well it pureed the foods I put in there, nuts, ice, seeds, veggies, it handled it all really well. I had one problem, the base was hard for me to get on and off, even with the tool they provided. The arthritis in my hands just couldn't handle it. I had to return the product. Customer service was amazing, they gave me a full refund even though I was past the 30 days. This IS a great product and a GREAT company!

Not a happy camper

Not happy with the extractor blades. The first one the rubber insert got wound up around the blades. Called and it was exchanged. I purchased an extra one also. Not they both leak. It's very annoying to spend that much money.

Perfectly smooth smoothies

I bought this last week to replace my old Nutribullet. At first I was bothered by the size of the blade because it is too wide to grasp; but then I realized what that little tool is for. So, taking the blade on and off is simple. I do like the fact that cups have handles. The Rx is noticeably louder, but it's also noticeably better than the regular Nutribullet. My produce is rendered perfectly smooth by this machine. I'm packing more veggies than ever into the cup and enjoying nutrient-rich smoothies three times a day because I just crave them now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Costumer Service

I bought my Nutribullet RX and I never registrated the item. After 6 month using it, my Extractor Blade broke and when I called Costumer Service ( Ricardo Recinos ), he registrated my Nutribullet and will ship the part for free because it's still on warranty. Thank You Nutribullet !

My base, which stopped functioning, was replaced in just two days by mail. My only expense was $12.99 in shipping. When I called into report the issue the phone receptionist was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. I was only asked the serial number and asked to cut the power cord to verify the wires. Exceptional service and response. I am very impressed with this company!
