My base, which stopped functioning, was replaced in just two days by mail. My only expense was $12.99 in shipping. When I called into report the issue the phone receptionist was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. I was only asked the serial number and asked to cut the power cord to verify the wires. Exceptional service and response. I am very impressed with this company!

I got this a few days ago as a gift and I'm excited about it. I love the fact that It can make soups. I've been using It every morning so far and no complaints yet.

Works great. Cannot wait for the blade assembly to arrive so I can continue to operate. Rubber gasket has come off on the original.

Great Advice!

I finally got a representative who clearly uses and loves the NutriBullet Rx and could help me with practical advice. The recipe book needs to be fixed to actually fit in and work with the cup sizes provided but now that I was told to simply adjust the recipe sizes down and to be sure to cover all solids with liquid, things are much smoother (pun intended)!

I bought this and hadnt finished paying for it when the base went out. I am getting a replacement but I used it daily so its inconvenient to have to wait.
