Easy Replacement Request

After using my Nutibullet Rx for 3 days the rubber gasket broke so I call Customer Service. The rep was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and so very helpful. He told me "no worries; that should not have happened. We will send you another blade free of charge. Just recycle the old one when it arrives". It took no more than 5 minutes!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leak problem

The blade part was leaking and the rep had me test it in a couple of ways and is going to send me a new part.
