Lifesaver for high protein diets..

I had one the original "PRO RX" that was made many years ago and I LOVED IT! I used it every day and several times a day at that. Being a gastric bypass patient since 2012, I try to make sure that I get my protein needs met every day & this was a tremendous help. I miss my RX and can't wait to be able to afford a new one, my health desperately needs it!

It stopped working after 1 week

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and today it just stopped working. The green light is not coming up and the extraction in not working. I called the customer service at 2:00 pm by the time they called me back it was 4:30 pm. They did not help, they wanted me to stand I front of the machine to trouble shoot. Firstly I am a working woman I can't be at home waiting for them to call. Secondly I didn't have any guarantee that they would call me back the same day. The centre seems to be terribly understaffed, or have under trained resources or this nutribullet has a lot of problems. After putting me in hold for God knows what the rep tells me to go back home so they can trouble shoot when I have it in front of me. They promised that the supervisor will call me back bw 7:30 -8:00pm EST as a courtesy. I went home and waited by the phone no call.looks like tomorrow I have to wait for hours to talk to the guy. I haven't even finished paying for it and it's not working. What is really bad is such bad customer services , the guy could not even get my number right , if you promise to call a customer back please do so. I have been such a good customer and have all other nutribullet versions. I was so looking forward to user the Souter blast... Totally disappointed. I know machines fail but the customer service is pathetic

The NutriBullet has changed my life, I have much healthier options now with this amazing product. I can get all of my fruit and vegetable requirements daily with the luxury of drinking them. The soup feature is awesome! I love soup all year round and this feature allows me to have soup in about 10 minutes. I feel great, the kids and my parents love it. I am very satisfied with my NutriBullet Rx.

Have had this about three weeks and O ring comes off during every use, eventually getting cut up by blades. Also the guy making soup on TV makes it look like you just throw the items in and voila - soup. Actually almost all of the recipes call for baking an ingredient for 30-40 minutes, sautéing ingredients etc. Very time consuming. Not nearly the value of the original.

Leaks

Brand new, first time I used it, leaked inside the housing. I tried it once more today and it did the same thing. Did not overfill, screwed on tightly, followed directions. Leaked out a hole on the bottom of the blade housing. Its going back to the store and I'm glad I still have the Vitamix
