I can honestly say that I have never purchased a Harry connick Jr. album before, but I have found that I actually love his music! He has a really smooth voice that really lends itself to his tunes. Great listening for any time of the day--but I especially love to listen at night when I'm trying to unwind from a busy day! I'm a new fan, for sure!!

I've been a fan of Harry Connick, Jr since his ongoing stint on "Will and Grace," but I've never listened to much of his music. It always struck me as "mom music" - the kind of music that promotes lots of sentiment and nostalgia. I got this CD from One2One and planned on passing it on to my mom after I had listened to it once, but I think I might just have to keep it for myself! Is it cheesy? Yup. Does it promote sentiment and nostalgia? Of course. But the songs are classic and Connick's voice is amazing.
"Besame Mucho" was by far my favorite track - so beautiful. I enjoyed the big band feel of "All the Way" and the interesting take on "Your Song." The only track that I skip over when I listen to the CD is "Can't Help Falling in Love With You." I'm not a fan of the original; the U2 cover is the best, and this doesn't quite compare.
While I probably wouldn't have picked this up for myself (though again, maybe for my ma), I like the album overall and plan to listen to it again.
What's great about it: Classic songs, great voice
What's not so great: Easy listening - not for everyone

I received this CD from the One2One Network, and wasn't sure exactly what to expect, but I must say I thoroughly enjoyed listening to it. It was filled with many classic songs that I already loved. I would highly recommend it.

On "Your Songs" Harry Connick Jr. puts his personal stamp on some wonderfully familiar classic songs and he truly makes them his own. I listened to it the car late one night and felt like I was being transported back to a simpler time. It was wonderful!!

This Harry Connick Jr Cd is a heart warming classic. His smooth and charming style shines through on this cd. The choice of songs are mellow and refreshing. I esp. like the way he brings back to life Who Can I Turn To and The Way You Look Tonight. This cd collection will be a favorite of mine for years to come.

I absolutely loved this CD. I have always been a huge fan of Harry as an actor, but never quite grasped his style of music. I did have the pleasure of seeing Harry in concert, but I never really enjoyed his music until now...this new CD. This CD gave me more of an appreciation for his voice and what he is able to do with his voice.
