Setting up the personalized workout program saves a lot of time that was spent moving from one workout type to another. Body testing now includes cognitive testing, which is a nice addition.
What's great about it: Can set up personalized workout
What's not so great: Didn't import all data from original WiiFit; color scheme
I would recommend this to a friend!

Get the Wii Fit plus and the 3" step up for the maximum workout...
The custom routine is awesome so you can work out for 30, 60 or forever if you wish.
The balance games and aerobic additions are fresh and fun.
What's great about it: A lot more options - I love the custome routine!
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you like wii fit, this is a must. The added routines are well worth the twenty bucks.
What's great about it: New routines are a great improvement over the original
What's not so great: can't modify the personal routine without deleting and starting over. Would like to be able to drag the individual sets.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Makes working out fun

Easy to set up just put cd in an start. Games are fun but give you a good workout.

Wii Fit Plus is a great implovement over the old Wii Fit and I thought the origional was very good. The process is more streamline and easier to use. It also gives you the option of setting up routines which is a real plus. I am very pleased with the product.
What's great about it: Fun to use while getting the benefit of fitness.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am completely in love with the Wii Fit Plus! I had the standard Wii Fit at first and I enjoyed it, but it was a bit more limited with the variety of things you could do. Now, you have more options in other categories and they are all quite fun. You don't think much of them at first, but the next day, your body remembers that you actually DID workout.
You also have the option to choose the amount of calories you want to burn in that session. (It's a little sad to know you can work so hard and burn so little calories, but that's not the game's fault)
What's great about it: You forget you are working out
What's not so great: Nothing (so far)
I would recommend this to a friend!
