New GE Refrigerator

I bought this refrigerator 3 months ago and would not buy it again for the following reasons: (1) It is a fingerprint magnet, (2) The ice crusher does not crush ice...it only breaks it in a couple of large chunks, (3) one of the plastic shelved cracked, (4) the dome light is ridiculously large and protrudes down towards the top shelf which prevents storing tall items, (5) the gasket between the ice maker and the door leaked moist air from the kitchen which formed a "snow cone" on the bottom of the ice mechanics
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great GE refrigerator

I recently purchased a home and needed a black refrigerator. Years have showed me I could trust General Electric and after several months I was right. It's beautiful, spacious, and works just like I expected.

Lots of room

Bought this for a brand new house. There is a lot of space in both the main area and the freezer. Runs quietly. Only problem is the ice often lands on the floor even if I have the glass held as high up as it will go.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Switched back from a french door to a side by side. Noticable increase in space. Unit is well lit and has tons of storage.
