Looks Great!

Appliance looks great. Not enough fridge space compared to our previous GE model we had. Not as wide. Fridge door is heavier and swings open if you do not shut it with force. Freezer has much more space than expected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the second GE refrigerator I've had. the only problem I have with it and the other one is the front cover of the baskets in the freezer come off easily and are difficult to put back on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really loved the slate color. Roomier inside than my old side by side. Able to really customize shelves and has nice door compartments. Makes a ton of ice. Crisper drawer really keeps veggies fresh. Very happy so far!

It's So-So

I bought this about a month ago. The unit works alright. The ice maker does what it is supposed to do. There is adequate storage in the fridge. I like the bigger compartments in the door for drinks and such. However, what I do not like is the freezer. You have to be careful when putting things on the shelves because the little compartments on the door will hit whatever is on the shelf and cause the door to not seal correctly. The "open door" alarm will not sound for this either. The temperature of the unit also fluctuates a lot. I have mine set to 0/37 which is recommended and it will bounce all the way up to 10/50. And then slowly come back down. I have breast milk I have to keep frozen, and honestly I am not sure if I am trusting this unit to do the job correctly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
