Great fridge for the price. Storage is very efficient and lighting is great. Excellent ice-maker. Quality shelving all around.

We just bought this fridge a week ago. We had a Samsung and had so many problems with it so we went looking. My husband found this GE fridge. Brought it home and it cooled down so quickly. Love how the filter just makes the water taste. I'm really in love with my fridge!!

My daughter has one similiar to this one and she highly reccommended this refrigerator. I like the stainless steel look and it compliments my other appliances in the kitchen. Plenty of storage and I like the in door features. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new refrigerator.. MADE IN USA !!!

Decent fridge for the price, some disappointments

Bought this to replace a really old unit. Overall it's decent, but I would have expected the LED lighting to be flush mounted. This unit has a large plastic dome over the top LED lights - taking up valuable food space and making the LEDs pointless vs. a traditional bulb. The SLATE finish scratch resistance is terrible over the old white unit it replaced. It took 1 day for my 5 year old to pull a magnet down the front of it and leave a nice scratch all the way down the fresh food door - not impressed with the paint finish. When the ice bin is empty, the unit is REALLY noisy when it drops ice in the bin! It also took 3 days of purging the water dispenser to get the water to stop having a chemically taste to it. Otherwise, the unit is decent and does it's job keeping our food cold!

We just purchased our GE refrigerator and we love the rich look of the slate finish.
It has only been a few days be we are very pleases with our decision to go with all GE appliances in our kitchen

Replacement refrigerator for another brand that lasted approximately 18 months and took more than 2 months to resolve. I should have bought a GE product
