Nice and quiet, the freezer is a nice size but there is not room between the inside fridge shelves for larger items.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had a GE before and it went out in 3 years but they sent a repairman out and fixed it but it took 3 weeks, I still like GE but didn't trust the old one. I believe I just got one with a bug in it. GE still has the best rating so I bought another GE. It makes twice the amount of ice the other one did and is quieter, it seems great so far. Everything has impressed me so far. We'll see what the next 15 years brings me.

Nice Frig but issues

I had the appliance installed at the beginning of July. It looks very nice. I just have a couple of issues. The top 2 shelves in the freezer are not wide enough and they drop. I've called and they sent 2 more shelves unfortunately, they were the same size. Shelves still dropping. Also, the fan makes noise but unsure if it's something in the fridge contributing. Overall, I like it.

I am pleased with this product. It has features that I like such as door alarm - water, Ice, light, temp etc panel on door - two drawer for fruit and veggies. Really like the slate color, easy to clean and does not show fingerprints!

So Far, So Good!

Have had this side-by-side for about a month and pretty happy with it so far. Lots of space in both the refrigerator side and the freezer side. Only issue I have is that water always seems to randomly drip from the water/ice dispenser.
