A true workhorse

I have been using Canon products since I bought my first printer in the military in 1995 which was a one of the first portable printers only available by Canon. The MB2320 has been my workhorse for the last 2 years. I couldn't ask for a better printer. The only time I have had issues with ink are when I used generic refill ink from a store or website. I made that mistake twice and never skimped again on my ink. If you turn on the printer before so that it can go through it's maintenance cycle then anytime you print it is relatively fast. Yes, not as fast maybe as a laser printer but faster than most other inkjet printers out there. The MB2320 has served all my needs including letters for my wife's business and tons of spreadsheets and presentations for my personal day to day activities. I can't wait to upgrade to the next model when I can afford it, but I do hope to get alot more use out of this one even though it has traveled over 5 thousand miles on the road with me. Thanks Canon!

I have had this thing almost a year. It is an ink guzzling piece of trash, worse because say the "cyan" ink has run out, you cannot print anything even blank and white. And the ink is expensive! It runs through it insanely fast. I use it for work so can expense the ink, but if I was paying out of pocket I would throw this thing away. Very disappointed. Very bad product.

Stay away from this printer

This printer is NOT wireless. It is NOT an air print printer. It will connect to the network, but nothing can find it. You have to be actually plugged into it with a USB cable. You cannot print from your iPad or iPhone. I just bought it today and will be returning it tomorrow.

Less than a year and I rarely use colored abut are CONSTANTLY HAVING TO BUY COLORED INK AS THEY ARE ALWAYS RUNNING OUT. i DO 99 PER CENT BLACK AND WHITE, WHY IS COLORED INK ALWAYS RUNNING OUT?? THIS MACHINE TAKES $$$$ TO RUN!

I've experienced similar frustrations with my MB2320 (paper jams, long warm-up cycles, and unjustifiable ink depletion). However, when this printer is functioning properly, it works great (fast prints, clear prints, great scanner quality, and cool wifi connectivity with cell phones and computers). You can print straight from your cell, which is awesome for the traveler who is doing mobile check-ins and printing tickets (it's the small things). Also, Canon's customer service is excellent and proves they stand behind their products. I was still under warranty, told them about my issues, and they are replacing the printer; shipping it straight to my door with a paid return shipping. You can't ask for more than that! A+ Canon! It's a great printer when it's working.

Fast, low cost, cheap printing, showed some wear and tear after printing 1500 pages and few paper jams.

Probably one of the worst printer I have ever owned. I put in new ink and before I can print out 20 pages it will give me the low ink message. IMO the MD2320 is a target for guns! Can't wait to put holes in it just a waste of my time and $$$. Like all Canon products now a days "Junk"

Hate this printer

I have used many printers going back to dot matrix and this is the first printer that I have ever hated. I have had nothing but trouble with it from the first day I set it up. Poor quality scans, slow, off line for no reason. I will probably give it away to some unsuspecting soul and buy another brand.
