Nice Product

Out of the box I was concerned that that footprint of the printer wouldn't fit our printer cart, I was right. Made some adjustments and now it sits directly on the desk. Not what I planned but will have to make do.
The printer unpacked easily and I was eager to get started using it. I have to admit the physical setup went fine but the wi-fi connecting was complicated. I am really good at that stuff but for some reason I did no see the instructions to get to the point where I could enter my wi-fi password. In exasperation I call the customer service number. The representative was extremely helpful and I was off the phone in less than 5 minutes. It seems that there are additional screens that can be accessed, but there are no clear on screen directions. Once the rep directed me, I was able to see the additional setup options on the printer screen.
The printing is very good and fast. I do find that the printer rocks/shakes when printing. The scanning quality is quite good but you do need to reset the dpi to 300 to get the better quality. Both glass and document feeder options work great and I like the option that all pages can be scanned as one file or each page separately.
We use a Mac and in order to use the scan I have to open Printer/Scan preferences. Once I got the hang of it, I was very happy with the results.
I am excited about the frugal ink use promise and look forward to less trips to the office supply store for ink. It also looks like new cartridges are relatively inexpensive.
All in all a very nice all in one machine. Good quality output and scans. I have no complaints about the Canon printers I have used before and only expect good results in the future from this product. So far, so good :)

I love this printer, my favorite feature is the wireless feature. It was super easy to connect to my IPhone 6 no additional downloads were required. That is awesome!

Quiet and Sturdy

I have had many printers, our small business usually goes through two a year. By far this printer was one of the most quiet we have had. It is very sturdy. The instructions are well laid out with pictures and I love the way the cartridges insert with a guide so you don't get in sideways and clicks when inserted correctly. The pages are relatively quick, very clean and has not jammed since I started using it. One awesome feature in packaging is the plastic bag it comes in, it has handles to get it out of the box, it is a small thing but so helpful since I am 5 foot nothing. Overall I would get another Cannon in the future as they are well built, quiet and print cleanly. The other features are also nice; being wireless is a must and was super easy to connect. The screen is bright and the printer scans nicely too. I only see two small potential drawbacks, hindsight I would have preferred a two tray printer with the volume we have and two the printer tray was very different than what I am used to, its much smaller than what I was expecting, but now that I am used to it, it is fine. All in all I would buy again and recommend to others.

Great printer for the price!

Great printer! The ease of making copies from the top of the printer makes it simple to use. The printing speed is better than other comparable printers that I've used. The setup out of the box was more simple than others. Ink cartridges were easy to install and seem reasonably priced. It was quick to install in the computer and didn't have a lot of unnecessary software with it. I would recommend this printer for personal use or as I use it, for a small home business.

Canon Maxify MB2020 Review

I like that the Canon Maxify printer is a cloud based printer, which means that if I want I can print from my tablet or even my phone. Best feature for me is the multiple page scanner by the top feeder, the printer itself was also very easy to assemble. I know that Canon is a very reputable company so the product totally met all my expectations. The things that I would like to see improved upon would be the cost of replacement ink, and that the printer is able to work even when one specific color is out, also when the printer is set to wifi it takes longer to print the pages than if I was printing by usb cord. I would still recommend this product to friends and family because all of the other capabilities of this product far outweigh the issues I found. My overall impression of the product was that it is a very well made and stable. The printer, copier, scanner, and fax machine capabilities are fantastic.

Canon Maxify MB2020

The printer is very large and cumbersome. The installation procedure is difficult for the novice to understand regarding the WPS. Very satisfied with the paper feeder and printing speed. The quality of the ink intensity when making a document copy is inconsistent. The colored ink came up lighter than the original and the black comes up darker. Printing a photo from the USB port is simple and fun. The photo quality and color accuracy are very good.

Very Good Investment

The Canon MB2020 is a very good addition to my home office. Upon taking it out of the box, I was very pleased with the overall appearance of the unit. The buttons were very easy to read and the screen was easy to navigate. The screen was also bright and easy to read. The unit required a little bit of assembly and installation out of the box. The assembly and installation instructions were mostly picture type directions and a few print instructions to guide you. The directions were not too difficult to follow, but could be a little bit frustrating for some. I had to follow a few directions more than once to get it right. I think that it would be a little bit more easier to follow for some if the directions had more print instructions to go along with the picture directions. The setup was fairly easy, except the setup for the wireless capability. I followed the instructions several times and still was not able to get it to go wirelessly. Other than not being able to print wirelessly, everything else works great. I have printed several documents and made some copies, and was very impressed with the speed and quality of the printer/copier. I've also had a chance to scan a few documents and it performed the scan nicely. I very much like the quiet mode which is very helpful when I need to copy/print things late at night. My overall impression of the Canon MB2020 is I am very happy with it and would not hesitate to recommend it to family/friends. Once I get the wireless capability to perform correctly, I will be overjoyed with this product. I also forgot to mention that it is energy efficient and has cloud link. Easily 4 out of 5 stars, great product.

"Smooth Operator"

This is a very versatile, multi-function all-in-one device. Setup was simple and took approximately 45 minutes (using a USB connection) and the on-screen instructions are easy to follow. Some of the options on the MB2320 were also surprising. I found the quiet mode and scanner options very helpful while the unit operates in my office. Being able to scan and attach the file as an email saves not only key strokes, but time locating the file on my desktop.
In addition to the above, I also found the double-paper tray extremely helpful. I can't count how many times my work has been stalled because of having to reload a single paper cartridge system. The ink cartridges are pretty reasonably priced, and the Cannon MB2320 runs an auto printer cartridge head cleaner program to ensure even print quality. No paper jams to date
