3. If there is product assembly, how easy or difficult is it to assemble? Was easily assembled really enjoyed this new compact design
4. Does the product meet your quality expectations? Why or why not? Yes never used multi function by cannon quality is good color is not as vibrant as I had expected printing is quick will use alot.
5. Is there anything you would like to see improved? Sound during copy and printing the machine is a little loud and color enhanced more

The Canon Maxify is an awesome printer. A definite buy. It does all that I expected and more. Easy to setup and use. Very quiet and efficient. A definite recommend.

Great All-in-One SOHO Printer

This printer comes in at a good price point with excellent type quality for an inkjet, quick setup and outstanding features. While I didn't use this feature, you can access files from cloud sites without hookup to a computer!
Easy to read and understand LED function screen, and quick easy set-up. Holds up to 500 8/12x11 sheets, has XL black ink cartridge with large reservoir color carts.
Graphics print quickly if a bit dithered, but this is an inkjet, after all. Did not attempt photo-quality prints as I had no photo paper.
Highly recommended for SOHO (Small Office, Home Office).

Fast Easy Setup, Smart Purchase

Hands Down Great Printer, Easy set up, simple and quick install. LOVE the QUICK Connect WIFI Printing. Able to print from all my devices, laptop, desktop, tablet, and smartphone smoothly. Great Quality prints, vivid colors. Appreciate the ability to scan to USB thumb drive, the cloud, laptop/desktop or attach via e-mail. Two sided printing is a HUGE PLUS.

Excellent Printer

I received the Maxify 2320 printer free in exchange for my honest review. The product is packaged excellent but very easy to get the printer out. The set up took no time at all. The direction are very easy to follow. Inserting the ink was a snap.I was excited to now have a WIFI connection for use with my laptop. I downloaded the APP as well for those times you might need to print from you phone or tablet. I have use all of the function more than once. The best thing is how quick it prints. There have been many times when working at home I needed a scanner but didn't have one. So nice this an all in one printer. I did research the replacement ink online and it does seem a little pricey so we will have to see how long the ink lasts. Overall I am thrilled with this printer and this has become my main printer for business and home. I would recommend it to anyone. Great product Canon!

Excellent small business office printer

Printing black and white prints are great. Even copies are great. Tested printing standard and high quality. Standard was ok but not as good as high quality. High quality has much better color, but leaves streaks on plain paper. Wehn copying photos copies loses a lot of quality. Even if you select high print quality on the printer is not as good as the original printing from computer. My favorite features is printing wirelessly and the duplexing option. Setup was very straight forward easy to install. Wireless setup was a little too long. Too many set options as there should be just one. The printer meets my expectation based on purpose. It is a home office printer and adequate for 1 to 5 usesr.
I was not able to print setup sheet with printer details or find it via printer options on computer. I was specifically looking for serial number without have to look on the back of the printer.
My overall impression of the printer is, it is a well built multi-function printer. It does everything needed in a small office environment for day to day business.

Good Multi-Function Printer

The printer works well and one great advantage is that you can print wireless from multiple devices including my tablet, phone, and laptop. The wireless feature is my favorite because there was no need to connect any wires to my devices in order to print something. I was able to be in another room and still print what I needed. The product is almost assembled except for removing some material and putting in the ink cartridges and pressing a few buttons. There are about 8 steps to follow. It took less than 15 minutes to get it from the box to working condition. Not hard to follow the set up steps. The printer works fine and prints well. It meets my quality expectations. I wish the manual would come in the box. Instead you have to print it out online. I like having a hard copy manual next to me when working with the printer. I would recommend this printer to a family member or friend. Overall, my impressions are good with this printer. It is a little large and takes up a lot of room on the table. It prints at a decent rate but no what I consider high speed. Overall, I rated it a 4 out of 5 stars.

Printed copies are very clear with great color saturation. Copier came with pictured instructions with very little written words- using instead various arrows pointing to what to pull and where to place items. I usually LOVE this type of instruction as I am very impatient. I had difficulties with setting up the fax option. I really needed step by step written instructions for this. Not sure why this wasn't included. Was able to contact Canon customer service directly and got excellent instruction and problem was solved. Another issue was the paper tray. Could not get it to close completely. Had to go to youtube to find out how to close tray. (Legal and letter paper option push button not clearly indicated on tray). Have had Canon printers in the past and had great success. Some things need to be tweaked but I am happy with this printers quality and would recommend it.
