Fast, quality all-in-one

When I opened the box, I was relieved to see that most of the directions for getting started were printed on one large sheet of paper with lots of big, easy-to-see diagrams. Few words, lots of pictures. This made me feel confident that set-up would be pretty easy and quick, and that I could do it on my own. The window display on the printer made it easy to understand where I was in the set-up and what I needed to do next. When I was trying to scan in a photograph, it was easy to figure out how to change the settings in order to scan the entire 8x10 photo. The only difficulty I ran into was trying to connect the printer to my wireless router. Although the printer could find the connection, it couldn’t seem to connect automatically, so I had to go through some trouble-shooting. Part of that process directed me to press the WPS button on my router, which my router didn’t have. I was eventually able to make the connection using a manual method, but the steps for this method were not easy to find, even in the on-line manual. Once I found them, the connection was quickly established. I have used this machine to print, scan, and copy, and have been very happy with its performance of all of these functions. When I first turn it on, it takes some time “processing” before it prints the first document that is sent, but after that, it prints very quickly. It produces documents and pictures that are bright and have a sharp resolution. My favorite feature so far is the auto-feed, which does not appear to be widely available in copiers in this price range. I would definitely recommend this all-in-one.

Great for small home business

This Printer is wonderful. The set up was extremely easy. Almost out of the box ready. Love the top feeder, and the amount of paper it can hold. Very Handy. Also, compared to other products I have used, the printer is fast, very fast. The quality of the printouts is very high. I highly recommend this printed to anyone with a small home base business, it will suit your every need.

Great Features

Good sharp printing features. I really liked the amount of pages it printed per minute as well as the easy set up. It took only a few minutes to set-up. I found that the most difficult part of the set-up process was the wireless connections. Although this was a little difficult for me, It gave a variety of ways to map the wireless set-up, which was great. I feel that this is a good quality machine for the size and capabilities. When printing its a little loud and I would like for this to be a little quieter, it was distracting. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and others with small business needs. I feel that the product is a Great buy!

great multi function printer

This printer was easy to setup by following the instruction manual. I was able to complete the setup in less than 30 minutes. I started printing documents and was impressed by the print quality and the speed at which they were produced. I also used it to scan a document and was pleased with the quality of the digital image it produced. I would recommend this printer for anyone looking for a multi function printer for their home office.

Great wireless printer!

I would highly recommend the MB 2320 printer. It's perfect for my small business. I can fax/copy/print/scan. I love the touch screen display. It provides easy access to all of the features! Overall, I would highly recommend. It's a great wireless printer.

Easy set up and easy to use

I had this printer mailed to my home to help me in my home based business. I was able to use it within 20 minutes of removing it from the box. There is a small pamphlet inside that tells you how to remove the packaging. Once that is done, it tells you how to turn it on and then it really is just a matter of following the on screen instructions. It took longer for the printer to do it's thing in the setup process than for me to do my part. After getting it set up and ready to use, it tells you to insert the disc in the computer to use it via a LAN (home wifi) rather than as a direct line or connected through wired cables.
I inserted the disc and again it walks you through the steps to set it up. I did have to run up and down the stairs a few times as my modem and router are on the first floor and I was setting this up in my second floor office.
You are also able to print from mobile devices. I used the Maxify app in Google Play (Free) and installed it on both my phone and my tablet. I love the ease of, and the convenience of, being able to print from any device as soon as I want to. The printer is energy star rated so it does put itself in a sleep mode after so long of not being used.
I have found myself printing so much more since getting this printer. I have been using my tablet and clicked for coupons to print or printed a recipe from my electronic magazines while reading. I love that I don't have to stop doing what I am doing to save things to be printed later.
As for printing things and saving them in my cloud (I use Google Drive) it is so easy as is the ability to scan and send by email.
I would definitely recommend this printer for even a beginner it is so easy to use!

Awesome Product!

The printer does a great job. I have been using it for the past 2 weeks for our home office. It does a great job for office use. The printer is fast, and produces a clear, crisp print. There was really no assembly required for this product. Our laptops quickly found the printer and synced to it. We were up and running in no time. Very easy install. The only thing I would like to see improved, is it is a bit bulky, or larger than my last all in one printer. It still fit in the space I had set aside for it. I would definitely recommend this printer to family and friends. It is a quality product, as I expected as I am an owner of other Canon products.
