Product was easy to set up with the user friendly directions. It is a very nice looking printer and is a lot quitetet than some others I have used.

Functional, but not exceptional

The set up was relatively easy and better than most until I got to the wireless part and then the instructions were not so good and didn't match what was showing up on the screen. I never did get the Canon scanning software set up and ended up just using the built in Mac scanning software. It took me awhile to figure out how to get numbers and symbols up to enter the network name/password. But the biggest issue is that it won't connect to my 5ghz network which is really irritating for a brand new product. Most people doing any significant work at home or in a small office want to run their network on a different frequency than the telephones and the neighbors which means 5ghz rather than 2.4ghz. This is the case with my older printer and I have to switch connections every time I want to print. I was expecting this to change with a new printer and this was my main reason for switching printers. The time relaying data from the computer to the printer seemed slow (actual printing speed seemed fine) compared to any of my other printers new and old. It's also much noisier than any of my other printers. The print quality was fine. The unit itself is large and takes up too much space compared to my other al-in-one printers. It also doesn't do double sided scanning/printing which is something I need all the time and which should be standard in the modern era.
I think overall that this printer is fine, but given the choices that are out there, I wouldn't recommend it, because there are lots of other better choices.

Best Printer I have Owned So Far

This printer prints high quality papers and photos quickly. In previous experience with other printers, higher quality also meant slow printing. I have used the printer to print high quality images and fliers for my business in a fraction of the time that my previous printer would take.
My favorite feature is double sided printing. It is so much more convenient to be able to print both sides without having to print one side, reload the paper, then print the second side. There was no assembly required, but the product did require setup: connecting cables, installing ink cartridges, and downloading the proper drivers to my computer. The directions were straightforward and the setup was very easy. The printer meets the quality that I expect from Canon products. The features are very easy to use and the print quality of photos exceeded my expectations of what I would expect from my home printer. The only feature missing is the ability to scan stock card paper through the feeder. I have found that I am able to scan multiple pages at once, but I was unable to scan a single page that had been printed on stock paper. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.
Overall, I would give this printer a 5 out of 5. I think that this printer is fairly inexpensive considering the high quality of the printed images, the numerous features offered, and the high quality of the printer itself.

Nice Features for everyday printing needs

The MAXIFY MB2320 is a solid printer for everyday needs. It has great features like wireless printing and ability to print from online sources like Dropbox which is really nice. The downside is that this is a basic inkjet which means it can be a little loud, but on the positive side it is also fast. I found the design to be a little bulky, but I guess this due to the higher page capacity the printer offers. Assembly was straightforward. As inkjet printers go this one is gets the job done.

Great Printer with some side effects

The maxify 2020 comes in a great sleek compact design. It has superb printing abilities and its speed is top of the line. Printing quality is one of the best I've seen and for the price its worth the investment. Simple to use buttons,USB port, and wireless access makes this printer easy to use and quick to learn. The only hang up would be its set-up, the wireless connection takes several tries to operate correctly and even after setting it up several times. it still has problems connecting with my computer through wireless. Great printer but a headache with set-up. The scanning feature has multiple options and gives this printer an edge over others. Scanned 32 pages in about 10minss and upload to my computer pretty quickly, or uploaded to USB within minutes. fax feature works effectively as well. Overall a great printer to buy and another great canon product, just takes a little time to figure out the set-up completely so you don't have to keep re-downloading the drivers.

Great Product

The machine is bigger than I thought. I really like it is wifi and I could print docs in my iPhone.
The speed of the unit impresses me, especially "Quick First Print." I print from a different room than the printer. With my previous units, I could walk into the other room, and I would still be waiting on the printing to begin. With the MB2320, I walk into the other room and I have not one page printed, but my entire three pages document.
Also, when I tried to print pictures, A few seconds after a full color photo was out, I wiped my hands over the page. While the print was lightly damp, there was no smearing or excess on my hands. The MAXIMY ink dries very fast.
I like the touch screen interface. It's so much easier to use and allows the printer to have far fewer buttons for a less cluttered and less confusing look.

Great quality printer

My favorite feature of this printer is that it is very quick considering the quality of printing that is coming out. That is a big plus. Usually, there would be a trade off in slow printing, but not with this model.
I am probably above average handy, so to me assembly/set up was very easy. My son watched me put it together and she observed that it was very easy to set up.
Another great feature is printing wirelessly from my mobile devices. This allows me to print at a whim, including things like online coupons, groups, etc. Very timesaving and easy.
Only real downside is the large size. It is a very big printer, I typically prefer something that takes up less space. But that is a small complaint, print quality and the wireless printing make this a great addition to the office.

Amazing color printer

This printer was exactly what I was looking for! I needed a wireless printer that also had color printing capabilities. The scanning and copying features are great too! The Maxify MB2320 was easy to set up in my home office. I just had to follow the Getting Started Guide. Now I can print all of the color printing projects that I need for my business and for school projects easily. I would reccommend this printer to anyone looking for an affordable, easy to use, color printer.
