First of all, I really loved how easy this printer was to set up! I have been using Canon printers for years but this one takes the cake. I work from home and use my printer on a daily basis. This printer prints crystal clear images and the scanner is excellent. This is truly one of the best printers I've purchased in a while. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their current printer!

Loud. Scanner hard to figure out. Last printer I had was a Canon - so bought this one - mistake Trying to return it Figuring out the paper drawers had to be expanded Was laborious and confusing. Disappointing and frustrating to use

Big disappointment!

I owned a Canon MX870 for years and LOVED IT right up until it died. So, thinking I would get an upgraded version, I bought the MB2320. Several major (for me) issues came up right away. You can't print return addresses on envelopes -- seriously, they print about 2" in from the left. There is no way to adjust this, and I have a home business where I print a lot of envelopes! Another envelope issue is that the secondary tray where the envelopes go, does not feed properly. If you have more than one envelope in the tray it jams, so envelopes need to be feed into the tray one by one! Another problem is that if you change the size of the paper, it "argues" with you about what is in the tray. You have to manually override the system from the front panel....every time! The scanning is excellent, the printing is high quality. So, if you never change paper sizes or print envelopes, this will work great for you, otherwise, be prepared to handwrite your envelopes -- it's simpler!

This printer has never worked well. Ever. The wireless constantly drops off the network, it takes forever to set up. If you leave it for a few days, you have to turn it off and back on again for it to work. There is nothing good to say about this horrible printer.

Fast Scanner, Slow Spooler

My dad passed away. He had a real-estate business so we had to purchase a printer/scanner. The printer scans much faster than I expected but after about an hour and a half, the lamp overheated and I had to turn it off for the day. The printer details says it prints fast but it must not include the spooling because it takes forever. It also doesn't work on all my USB ports but I'm not sure if it's due to my laptop or if it's the printer. It also took me longer to install than most printers I've installed in the past. The scan quality is excellent and scanning pictures is also easy. It can detect size, crop and rotate pictures automatically. I was able to scan an entire album in about an hour. Print quality is about what you would expect form inkjet printers. I haven't used this printer to print on photo paper to see what it can really do. I don't like the fact that it doesn't give you the option to take out the ink cartridges any time you want (apparently there is a back door way of doing it though).
I would recommend this to a friend!
