Poor Performance

Bought two of these printers less than 1 year ago, and both had to be replaced. Bought another one about 3 months ago. I used it once or twice a week to print about 5 to 10 pages. Had to call technical support several times for printing, faxing and copying problems and other issues. Now, this one stopped working and needs to be replaced or repaired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is a good printer, you just have to be patient in learning and understanding how to operate it.

Drinks the ink!

Our small business has been using Canon printers for 15 years. They have always been such work-horses. However, we just bought two Maxify MB2320 all-in-ones. Had lots of good features such as big dual paper trays, WiFi, touch screen, etc. But Canon has removed the option for "fast quality" prints - now it's just standard and high. The result is that this printer drinks the very expensive ink so fast that we thought we had defective ink cartridges. This is most definitely NOT the printer for a report-driven office. Wireless is pointless since you have to stand by the printer to change ink so often. I couldn't even get 20 pages of text & photos done today without having to change all of the cartridges, one by one. And they had all just been changed 3 workdays prior. Each time you change out a cartridge, printer sits there & cleans itself like a cat for 3 minutes. Fancy bells & whistles, but when we buy a printer we want to be satisfied with the - ya know - printing. We are now going to have to go through the time- consuming process of returning these two white elephants and figuring out what to replace them with.

Rest of the Story

I've had Canon printers for over 10 years. I currently own two printers. When my previous Canon 732 quit working, Canon said it no longer works with Windows 7. So, I gave it to charity and bought the Maxify 2320 after being convinced that it had all of the same features as the 732. Not! For me, the most important feature was duplex scanning. The 2320 does not do duplex scanning. The second most important feature is draft mode. The 2320 doesn't have draft mode. So, it uses 2 to 3 times more ink than the 732. Otherwise, it prints fast but slow to begin printing with, as previously described, cleaning itself like a cat for 3 minutes. When printing, it rocks the printer stand from side-to-side due to the movement of the printer head. Be sure your printer is not going to slide off onto the floor or off the desk. I'm sure I'll survive but not happy with these surprises. My Canon 2200 Image Runner was fabulous.

A huge step up from last product

This is the first time that a company addressed unpacking with ease. No more struggling to remove product from box. Set up was a breeze and wifi was a plus. Not having to wait a long time for printed material that I need from internet or other source is not just advertised but is astonishingly correct. Yes I would get this again. The image clarity is wonderful as always from Canon. I have used this product for about a month with satisfaction every time. Also this multipurpose machine has 4 color cartridges which do make copies more vibrant.

I can't remember the last time I ran across a piece of technology this frustrating. I have had this printer for 6 months or so and might have printed 20 or 25 pages on. Mostly it just sits and gathers dust because I can't spend an hour trying to get it to work. I bought this because I had a generally good opinion of Canon equipment. That's over

Fell apart after a little over a year

I bought this printer for my husband. He is does not print much and yet the back of the printer (where you remove jams) completely fell apart. The other problem I had is that the Wi-Fi printing only worked occasionally so we finally had to use the USB connection to get it to print. Big disappointment.
