[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dryer for 2 months and it works great with no issues. The only thing I would not do is dry cotton clothes or sheets that you want dryed faster on the energy saver mode which it defaults to because it takes too long to dry. This is ok for sensitive garments I'm sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this a week ago. Yes, I burnt out another dryer after one (1) year. Very similar item in styling cost and features. I already like this one more! The steam cycle actually works well. The functions to customize dryer settings make work easy! I get my wash just the way I want it. No over burnt, too wet or shrunk items. Part of our decision was based on the fact that we have the matching washer. We have had that for almost three (3) years and I have not burnt it out yet. I will report back in a year, but LG has been a growing presence in my house. Overtime when something needs replacing we, "LG it", as my husband says. All our research always comes up 5 Star and they really do create wonderful, lasting household products. I should say, I do at Least ten (10) loads a week.
