[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had had this for going on 6 months now. Only complaint we have is that if we don’t change the setting to heavy duty, the cloths end up damp still. If we swap to heavy duty the sensors work beter or something and we have no problems

Steam feature is a letdown

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dryer for about a month now, and I have yet to use the steam feature without winding up with sopping wet clothes at the end of the cycle. As someone with pets, I do love the antibacterial cycle.
