[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like all of the options available, and that you can adjust settings even within the pre-set options. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because you can only add a custom program from an app via Android phone, which I don't have.
Pros: Performance, easy to use

Quiet and efficient

Love both the washer and the dryer. No complaints. They are both quiet, not noisy at all.
The only thing I wished is to be able to do a spin only or rinse and spin only with the washer like one could with a top loader. No big deal really. The dryer is great and is fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer in September and have only used the steam feature once. I'm not sure I did it properly. Still had to press the garment. Will study owner's manuel again before using it again.

Easiest set up for any electronic product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed at how easy it was to set up the tv with my cable provider and WiFi, once out of the box I was watching a movie on Netflix in twenty minutes. On screen set up tutorial was easy to follow and fast.

Excellent choice/thanks consumer report

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old WASHER was giving us problems, so we looked at Consumer Reports to see what washer they recommended. They rated the LG very highly. My wife wisely said, "the washer and dryer were both the same age so let's replace them both". I'm SO glad we did. They are an awesome pair. I also recommend getting the pedestals. Nobody likes to get on their knees to take clothes out of the machine. They are soooo effecient. The washer uses way less detergent and the dryer doesn't heat up the laundry room. They are both very quiet and we love the chime that sounds at the end of the cycle (rather than that annoying buzz). I highly recommend these LG machines. They are awesome!
