Pretty Happy So Far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review is for the LG washer WM3670HVA and matching dryer DLEX3370V. I have only had the LG washer/dryer stackable set for a few weeks, but as it was installed just in time to handle the wash after several family members visited for a holiday event (blankets, sheets, comforter, mattress pads, towels), I ran the machines through just about every wash, dry and steam cycle on both machines. My detergent is lasting longer as we don't use as much of it as we did with our top loading washer and the clothing comes out untangled and clean.
The washer spins the clothes so well that the drying time is cut down. I will say that the wash cycles are much longer than my previous machines, but that's not an issue for us. I'm very happy so far, particularly since these new LGs are about twice the size of my old machines.
I read a negative review that the washer shook like crazy, but I haven't had that experience. There's going to be some mild vibration during the spin cycle, but it's well within the normal range. My units are stacked and I would notice any unusual vibration. The installer commented that he wished the stacking kits of other brands were as easy to install as LG. He also said he worked with another installer who used to have his own appliance store and in his opinion LG was one of the two washer/dryer brands he would recommend with respect to having the least number of repair complaints.
Before I bought LG, I talked to several friends and family members who had LGs and not one complained about their machines, some of which are several years old and still working well.

Great front load washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pleasantly surprised at the capacity on this front load washer, easily holds as much as our old top load. Quiet and so far seems very water & energy efficient. The only trouble we've had is getting it level, we installed ourselves and it's really heavy. It makes racket in the high and very high spin cycles if it isn't level.
