We bought the set a few weeks ago- too soon to make a real assessment. However, so far we are satisfied with the dryer. We clean the filter after each use and don’t see dog hair like we did with our old dryer. We figure the washing machine must be doing one heck of a job eliminating the hair unlike our old washing machine. The dryer is good so far and that’s due in large part to how great the washing machine is. I read the manuals thoroughly and these machines require upkeep so we will clean out the hoses monthly and follow the maintenance suggested.
