[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked at so many dryers at several stores. This dryer was the best value. I got many features at a great price. I have loved using it! It is efficient and quiet.

Quality washer but very noisy spin cycle
on December 5, 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a great washer with lots of features and gets everything super clean but every time it spins it makes a really loud, shaking noise and it sounds and feels like it’s about to explode.
Pros: easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the features, lacks customizablility
on December 5, 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dries well, but must be put on “very dry,” otherwise the clothes come out slightly damp. Love the steam options. I could sanitize stuffed animals, deodorize things that are clean, but smell musty from being stored for a while, etc. Wish I could move the setting options into combinations as I wanted. I can’t always choose what options I want within a setting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only one issue with the dryer lint trap
on December 11, 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this set except ONE thing! I’ve had my matching w/d set for over a year and recently one side of the lint trap won’t fit down all the way causing clothes to catch and tangle. It’s damaged several clothing items recently. It’s been well cared for so not sure if this is just a design flaw

Steam = drench
on January 12, 2018

So disappointed. I bought this dryer specifically for the steam fresh and steam sanitizer feature. Water dripping from steam nozzle at the beginning is considered "normal" and just condensation. However my items become wetter than they are when they come out of the washing machine.
Reading the literature, I figured steam would be put into the drum as steam, not water to be heated up to create steam.
The steam sanitizer can be used for non washable items, but the items get as wet as they would if they were washed.
The steam fresh is supposed "refresh" in one 20 minute dryer cycle. Just tried it again with one item and had to throw it back in the dryer on a regular cycle to get it dry.
Note: I did not need a new dryer. I shopped around for awhile.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dryer for 3 months. It's ok. Lint builds up under the door seal and falls out when the door opens. Water also drips out of the seal (not on a steam cycle) not sure why. It dries my laundry fine. Also noted almost immediately the metal grate in the back of the dryer is chipping and rusting. Not sure why but disappointed how quick that occurred. It came highly recommended and I picked it beside the drums (washer and dryers) were stainless steel.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
