[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the LG Washer and Dryer about 2 years ago. Love em! We're stacked so Dryer on Top and it is just so perfect for me. We live in Phx AZ and used to have the dryer in the garage, lots of folks do that here, but now I am all compact and it's all worked great!

Dryer does not work

I brought this dryer 0n 2/11/20 and the dryer is not working. It does not dry the clothes. I am so disappointed. I am awaiting for someone to come and look at the machine. I cannot even speak to anyone in LG due to all of the Corona issues

Went from great to horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace the heating fuse in November. Had it done and thought we were good. Since November we have now had to have the fuse replaced 4 different times because it keeps blowing. Have been averaging 6 loads through the dryer before the fuse blows. The last time it was replaced we were not even able to dry one load of laundry as it will not heat up.
Pros: Style/Design, Quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features- poor lint trap design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this model for a 2-3 years and I’ve replaced the lint trap and lint trap guide twice after they break. The trap and guide have unusual design with weird angles, allowing it to break easily. When it breaks, it leaves the broken grid exposed to snag and rip multiple garments, including my wife’s homemade garments. Now, the model is discontinued so I’m having a very difficult time finding the guide model in stock anywhere. Very dissapointed. Agree with other reviews about the design and how the lint gets stuck post lint trap. Meaning the trap isn’t doing it’s job.

Great dryer but now ruining clothes!

For the last few weeks my mothers have been catching on the lint filter (which will not go all the way down into the trap). They twist while drying and get ruined.
