[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is ownsome big dryer. Very easy to use. So far after 3 months of usage there are no issues, I will pray that there are no surprises near future. I will recommend this to big busy families. Easy to clean filter, easy to use. Extra storage on bottom, big strong top for more stuff. About warranty I am not sure, I have to cross my fingers and pray that this unit will last for 10+ years without any issues.

I love the look and the quick drying time. I didn’t use the steam feature often but really liked the results. I am sad that feature no longer works. Customer service was not as helpful as I had hoped
