The product is as advertised. Does a fine cleaning job. Cycles are a bit long but that is the way all the new washers operate now. There is a 15 minute cycle that my wife recently used for sneakers at worked just fine. We have not yet used all the features, such as steam wash. One day we'll figure it out.
One thing. Make sure the washer is level and all the feet are firmly planted or you will get a lot of shaking and rocking.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's not to love?

I bought this washer to replace a much older machine that had finally gave up. I had about a year to do research for the old machine's replacement, and every thing I read and talked to others about led me to LG.
I love everything about this washer, it's quiet, even on the fastest spin cycle, it uses very little water and detergent, it has a steam cycle and allergen cycle.
The only down side that I can find: I can't use my iPhone to communicate with the smart features of the washer!
Hearing a little melody at the end of the wash is much more pleasing than the traditional loud buzzer... :)

Excellent Choice

I was not sure what kind of washer I wanted, had a front load before but it turned out to be a complete waste.
I knew LG was a good name so I looked at it and it had all the "bells and whistles" I wanted in a washer and the price was right so I purchased one.
WELL, I was thoroughly pleased with it after it was hooked up and I started using it. It did a wonderful job cleaning my laundry, was amazingly quiet.
My favorite feature - it plays music - a little tune when I turned it on (also I can pre-program my selections for a wash) and it plays a tune when the laundry load is ended - I tell anyone who is visiting - "OH my washer is calling me to let me know it is done:"
I am now going to look for a gas dryer to match.
I LOVE MY LG WASHER>

Good washer

Have had two issues one that if you wash a pet blanket you must make sure there is no pet hair on door glass or it will leak. The second is it will get out of balance if you don't have enough in it. Uses very little water and on some stuff I call for second rinse.

I wanted a front load washer and this had the best reviews. So far I'm very pleased. I especially like the sanitize cycle. And the fact that it plays a little song when the cycle finishes so you don't have to keep checking it if you happen to be running around the house doing other things.

Large Capacity Front Loading Dryer

My wife and I were in the market for our first washer and wanted something nice and affordable. this one fit the bill. excellent production quality and bountiful features made it an obvious choice, of course some of the features, while cool, are kinda gimmicky, like the tag on, but overall the price was right and we are happy.
