I love the features that this machine offers

I have had my washer for approximately 2 months now and I could not be more pleased with my purchase. The looks & features are a huge plus also. I would Highly recommend this appliance to anyone that is looking to purchase a new washing mahine!!

I love my new washer. It really does save water. It has so many features I haven't had a chance to use them all yet. So far it has been great!!

So far this washer (model WM3370HWA) is performing better than expected. As with any other energy/water efficiency appliance, you may have to change the defaults setting for exercise clothing. Customizing the default setting is very easy. While doing an excellent cleaning job, the noise level is a lot lower than my old washer. As I have been using the washer for only 2 months, I cannot render an opinion on its reliability or LG's service program. But so far, I can say I am very happy costumer.

Great washer, confusing settings at first

Replaced an LG1814 that was 9.5 yrs old. Had no problems with it until the end. Bought this one 2 months ago. Washes great, lots of options. Liked the Bulky/Large cycle for bedspreads and mattress pads. Quiet. No vibrations. The installer made sure it was level. Much shorter cycles than the the previous one. Hate the notification jingle. Given where I am when the washer is working I need an ALARM. Not a kids jingle.

I love this washer

Haven't used the steam option yet, but I have very large blankets that I wash and knowing this washer can handle the load is perfect. Both my daughters have LG washers and dryers. We are a total LG laundry family. I'm single and knowing that I can do all my clothes in one load is amazing.
