This product has great features for the price!

The LG front load washer has great capacity, good cleaning capability, and a nice appearance. The only things that are somewhat annoying are when it fills, the water starts and stops many times and creates a pounding sound as it does this. I installed anti hammer devices in line with the supply hoses which helps a little. Something to be careful of, is putting too small a load in or a varied load. The washer occasionally has trouble balancing the load. Other than that, so far, very good.
Pros: easy to use, great value!

Overall I think LG makes a good washer. I had one of the first front loader large capacity washers (not LG) for several years and once I figured out that you have to keep the door open and run a load of white towels with bleach once a week it ended up being an ok washer. I like the features on this machine even though I have to admit I have not used them all yet. I have had this one about a month and so far so good! Love the tune that plays when it is finished:-)

We purchased both the washer and dryer. Great combo. Washer cleans clothes very well with very little water; subsequently the dryer is very efficient. Features are excellent. I can't believe the improvement
over my last washer and dryer (10 years old).

i LOVE my machine and clothes come out so clean and fresh. its super smart too. however, after a few weeks I've noticed it makes abrupt noises in the pipes when the machine requests the water. sounds really loud in my wall and floor. i hope this is ok....
