My clothes are so clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy I didn't listen to friends and reviews regarding front load machine. It's very easy to quickly wipe it after using and I feel like my clothes are getting cleaner than with a top load machine and I love the capacity! I can wash all of my bedding at one time rather than having to do several loads.

Reasonably Priced & Quiet Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of only having a top loader, I am so pleased with my new front load LG. It's very quiet, programmable and is so much easier on my laundry - not a lot of lint in the dryer. It's also great on saving water.

Great features and easy of use

Dont Buy!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the earlier model for about 15 years; no steam, slower spin cycle, etc, but it was a great washer. A couple of times we needed serviced, but our serviceman was excellent and said these LG washers held up the best ( he was not an LG serviceman). Now we have moved up to this model with steam, with a few more bells and whistles. It does such a nice job on our cloths from start to finish. We still have the older dryer ( that matches perfectly ). This is the Best washer for the money you will spend vs. the product you get.

Complete failure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this model on 8/23/16 to replace an existing 6 1/2 year old LG washer that was repeatedly displaying a door error code (de). Delivered 8/25 and was DOA. First load of clothes and the machine displayed "de1" error code. Unplugged, reset, tried other wash settings. No luck. Went back to retailer and ordered replacement, same model. Mistake... Second washer was delivered 8/27 and croaked after one day. Same error message plus added bonus of repeatedly turning on and off, continuously chiming. Lesson learned. Returned to retailer for refund and ordered another brand. So disappointed because we have LG fridge, microwave and dishwasher as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
