Nice looking machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought machine a month ago, bulky cycle have pounding noise, extra high spin make big noise and the whole machine spin too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very versatile with enough options to handle all of our laundry needs. I particularly like the steam function, which we use for washing bed linen. I love the automatic detection of load size that determines the water useage and washing time for a particular load. Does an excellent job of cleaning clothes with minimal water use--an important feature during the drought we just went through. The DirectDrive spins with no perceptible vibration. This is a great appliance.
