Breaks down a lot

Our WM337OHWA works well enough, but it's broken down twice in the last 3 months. This unit is only 2 years old. First the water pump failed, now water is over flowing the detergent/softner container. LG washing machines ranked high for quality control is consumer reviews...not this one!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was great when it worked

I had an old top load washer for 15 years and saw this in the store in 2015 and decided wow thats nice I think ill upgrade. I paid a ton for the washer/dryer combo and had them installed. loved the quietness of the machine and all the settinngs. After about 2.5 years it suddenly got an error code and would no longer drain. I called the place i purchased it from as i had a service warrenty with them and they sent someone out who fixed the issue which seemed to be the drain motor was no longer working. Now only a little over a year later and i have an error code again and the machine refuses to drain. I wish i could just get my old top loader back as now this thing is sitting collecting dust because my warrenty is out and i cant afford to have it repaired once again. I would not recomend this product to anyone

I bought these machines 7 years ago, and the washer just needed major repair. Even though the motor is advertised as having a 10 year warranty, I was still charged by LG service for a new motor.

Love this machine!

Never had a front loading washing machine before. I love this machine. Uses less soap than the traditional top loader. Comes with many options for washing but not too many. The only complaint I have is that it leaves some water in the door but I just wipe it out with a towel at the end of the day and leave the door open so it dries.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this machine. Almost all my major appliances are LG, my refrigerator, my washer, my microwave, my air conditioner. I just purchased the dryer that matches my washer. It will be delivered on 12/15/14. Can't wait. My last washer was also an LG combination washer/dryer and it lasted almost 20 yrs. You can't beat that.

Love this washer! It is easy to use, has great features, and I love laundry day...unbelievable. Only thing I would change is having to clean the door and wipe it off after each use so it does not get musty.
