[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our washer and dryer about 6 years ago, The spin cycle in the Washer never seemed to throughly ring out excess water. So, the dryer never dried clothes and we had to typically dry clothes over a two hour period. When the pump gave out we thought problem solved. But clothes were still dripping wet after the spin cycle was completed. The repair re-diagnosed the problem as a bad motor. To our shock, replacing the motor fixed the problem.. Clothes are thoroughly wrung out and thus the Dryer works without struggling with excess water.The machines NEVER worked properly over the first 6 years of ownership. Now, we have like new machines and we are so glad that there is a 10 year warranty on the motor!.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was purchased by the previous homeowner. It worked well for the 3 years I used it, but then the motor died. I was unable to get it fixed or replaced under warranty.

It failed after keeping for approx 5 years and tech requested me to replace it completely. well maintained and clean; owner took good care of cleaning the odor out ; This front load needs high cleaning effort and when it fails it fails beyond repair forcing u to buy a new one. The 10 year promised warranty for parts was not applicable here.
