Bought this 6 years ago and it has died . LG washing machines don’t seem to last longer than 6 years . This is my second LG washing machine in 10 years

I bought this new Washer along with Gaa Dryrer 6 year ago. Great purchase no complaints. Recently I found the washer is leaking from the bottom. I fix it very simple and easy. Also I upload a video in you tube “How I repair washer very easy”.
I bought this washer 7 years ago. I love how they have so many features. So many chooses on what type of things you are washing,you never have to worry about clothes catching on anything. Two weeks ago my washer started acting up. Called the company and they diagnosed it and sent the parts two days later and the service man came right after,such great service and it works great again

I have been using this LG Washing machine for quite some time now. I love that it has so many features and doesn't make any noise while washing. Even if i plan to change the washing machine in the future, i will only go for another LG product.

Love the calming tone it plays when it's finished. It's fast, efficient and easy to use. Plus it's not bulky so it doesn't take up very much space
We've had this machine for over seven years without problems. Then the direct drive motor went on the blink. The apparent reason for its failure was the over flow of soap suds that leaked to the motor even though we did not put excessive amount of soap in the machine. If there were only some way to protect the motor from any overflow of suds, it would be an almost perfect machine.

The extra steps required to keep this machine from growing mildew and getting smelly are absurd. When not in use, we have to keep the door open and the detergent drawer open to allow the machine to dry out after use. Then there is the semi-regular cleaning cycle with a special cleaner you have to run. Also, the washer ran for 7.5 years, and started giving us an LE error and wouldn’t run, even if we emptied it. Fortunately $60 in parts and a YouTube video later I was able to fix it. Seems to be working again. Other than all that the washer works fine.
