Poor Manufacture Assembly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my washer in 2015. Thought everything was fine till I replaced my drain pump. While replacing I noticed my red wire and green wire was never connected to the heating element. So whenever I used the sanitized and tub cleaning option the water was never heated up. Sad.

Life is not Good

I bought this piece of garbage in 2015. This along with 2 other LG products gave me nothing but pain and aggravation. LG…LIFE IS NOT GOOD…..stay away from anything this horrible company makes.
