Great appliance, complaint with child lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a washing machine, I love this product. It cleans my clothes so well, especially since I can customize the wash to the clothes I'm washing. My issue is with the child lock setting. What good is a child lock option if it doesn't lock the main power button?? I can keep my toddler from pausing or changing my washing settings, sure, but more than once I've turned the machine on and she's wandered over and turned it off mid-wash. Same goes with the dryer model.

Washer sounds like it is about to die

Love it so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivered 3 days ago. Old washer was standard top loader, so having to learn new things. Have done lots of different items, including a comforter, jackets, and rugs. Have usedall cycles except Sanitary and Allergiene. Everything has come out very clean with few wrinkles. I've used extra rinse most times, but not sure that is needed.
I think folks who comment about need for more water may simply not understand how newer front load machines work. Only reason I did not give five stars is limited time/experience with washer.

Great Tub Size and Clothes Come Out Clean

The only complaint is that the Tide Pods don't always disintegrate and they have left residue on the clothes. The steam feature is nice, but it does take a long time to run through the cycle.

I Want to love this machine...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this washer for about 6 months and my only and biggest complaint is that I am having a terrible time with spin cycles that seam to go on for HOURS because the machine is not able to balance a load of regular clothing. I have washed a king sized down comforter with no problems at all but this issue is really giving me fits.

Stinky towels..doesn't use enough water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't use scented detergent so I can really tell this because there is no cover up perfume smell .... when hand or dish towels get damp when in use they STINK! Only my husband and I are using them. We are both clean people.I use triple rinse and extra water on hot but the washer does not use enough water to get them clean. I change the towels every other day( sometimes immediately if the odor is really bad). I wonder how clean are the rest of my clothes are getting with this low water use machine? Big towels don’t get clean either. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I used the warranty to get this second LG machine but it is no better with the triple rinse feature.
