This was a very refreshing movie plot, set in just the right time period. The action was intense and effects amazing. It picks up exactly where it should and accomplishes what the writers wanted!

It will capture your attention and leave you eager to see what happens. Loved the little pharses from the old movie. Its a little confusing if you havent seen the the previous movies but it will make you want to!

The picture & sound kis awesome on this Blu Ray! The plot is stale if you're already famaliar with the previous Terminator flicks. This "R" rated Director's Cut is only 2 additional minutes longer than the Theatrcal Version, which includes a brief topless scene & someone getting stabbed with a screwdriver. Overall this is worth getting!!!
What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Director's Cut: an additional 2 minutes that made it an "R" rating - pointless to me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Christian Bale is convincing as John Connor. A ripple is thrown in when we find that he is not the number one person on the terminator hit list. Character development of the "number one" is great. The movie has great entertainment value.
What's great about it: Christian Bale is a serious actor. His brings the character to life
What's not so great: Could set up next installment

Terminator Salvation finally lets viewers see the actual war against the machines. Great action sequences and special effects. Acting is solid also. However, there are a lot of unanswered questions which hints at a possible sequel. Overall, the new direction which now takes place during the war is a great one to take.
What's great about it: Set during the war against the machines.
What's not so great: Unanswered questions.

I enjoyed the movie as a whole and was glad that they made another movie especially since the most recent show SCC was only allowed to have two seasons. They choose to ignore any developments from the series and for the most part stuck to the movies as far as back story.
What's great about it: Good continuation of the story
What's not so great: Some inconsistencies in the timeline/storyline
I would recommend this to a friend!
