Nice case, poor instructions for screensaver

The case itself is nice enough. However, I was extremely disappointed in what was sent as instructions for the putting on the screensaver. It is the first time I've put on a screensaver, so I would looking for something more than stick figures on a postage stamp. That would have been ok if there was instructions on the website, but I couldn't find that either. Ended up having to try a few times to get it on, and now I'm left with something of less than ideal quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love love love this case! Although it makes the phone much more bulky, it is worth it for the convenience. I no longer have to carry a purse/wallet with me. The hidden card slot makes it less obvious that you have your credit cards with you versus the wallet case that opens like a book from the front and exposes your cards. My phone is protected and useful at the same time! My sister even loved it so much that she bought one herself!

Not what I expected

I have to agree with the first reviewer. Very difficult to get it to slide open and I put one credit card in there and you need a fingernail to pry it up and bend a tad to get it out. Not what I was expecting when I saw the original video that was shown. It is very hard to open. Yes, easy to close. Very disappointed as most cases I've bought with otterbox have been great

We honestly have not seen a dramatic occurrence of this issue, so if you would like to give us a call at 1-855-688-7269, our Otters can get you set up with a warranty replacement to see if we can get you into a more fluid operating case.

My job requires me to use my smartphone a lot during the day. A lot of my time is spent in the outdoors, and this has protected my phone from everything I've dropped it on: rocks, snow, down a flight of stairs, you name it. I previously had a lifeproof case, which seemed durable, but everyone I spoke to on the phone said I sounded like I was underwater in a tunnel, and I would end up ripping the case off in a hurry when I received an incoming call. I've had no such issues with this case!

I ordered the pink on pink. It arrived and looks nothing like it does on the website. The rubber part is a bright neon pink. The outer shell is a muted, almost mauve color. I love the Otter products and they certainly keep my phone safe, but I really wish Otter would step up their design game. I feel like they've had these same colors for the past five years. I'll be returning this case and I'm not sure yet whether I'll buy another Otter case at this time.

Love this case!!

I just got my case yesterday and absolutely love it. The only thing I would change to improve it is to make the plastic case textured for an easier grip, and add a little textured "thumb grip" on the slide-out wallet part to make it easier to open. But overall - love, love, love it!

I feel like I should be the spokesperson for OtterBox...it's the only phone cover I have ever used, and for a good reason. I drop my phone at least 4 times a day, and I don't even know how it gets to the floor sometimes. However, with the commuter case in bright colors, my iPhone has NEVER been broken. No cracked screen, no issues from the dropping, nothing. Not even a scratch, thanks to the screen protector, too! Seriously, this is the best case I have come across. Eventually it does break in places because I drop it so often, and I always replace it with another OtterBox - way better than replacing my phone every week, because that's what I think I'd have to do without my OtterBox! I went through 3 Otter Box cases with my iPhone 4, over the course of almost 3 years. Now I have the iPhone 6 and have the Commuter OtterBox on it as well - same story. I drop it all the time and it is in perfect condition. I will never stray from the OtterBox! Buy this case and you won't regret it.
