The product has been perfect in terms of protecting my phone. My only issue has been durability. I broke my belt clip, and purchased a new one. After a few years, the soft cover began to deteriorate, but the lifespan was not unreasonable. I eventually replaced it with a cheap knock off. After breaking my clip again, I decided to call in and ask about a replacement. To my surprise, not only did they send a new clip, but they also replaced my soft cover.
I recieved the new slip cover for my case maybe two weeks ago and the case is already starting to change colour to grey / blk like the teal is rubbing off, i dont keep the case in my pockets it lives in my purse or my hands and ive had much cheaper white phone cases live in the same purse and they have not changed colour so it is not the purse. I chose to get an otterbox for the protection and peace of mind jt gives me with my phone but its very frustrating looking at a miscoulred case
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We always suggest cleaning our products using mild soap and water (never with abrasive or corrosive cleaners that may damage the case). I bought this one to replace my broken one. This one broke within 2 days. It has a weak spot where the power and audio jack are. My other one broke in the same spot. It seems to not be designed for taking the phone in and out.

Worst Otterbox Case I have ever owned

I have used Otter Boxes cases for over 6 years on 4 different phone models, until this one I have been very impressed. I have had two Commuter cases for my I6 break in the same Spot- thin edge by speaker jack and both of the inner cases has become loose within a month of use. These cases don't rate up to my previous Commuter cases or defender cases I have owned

When I upgraded my phone the only choice of Otterbox was black. But it looks like everyone else's. Even more frustrating was that I kept losing my phone in my purse. Once I changed to the new color I can find my phone anywhere. Love the color!
