I ordered the white/teal wallet case and it's great! I can fit my ID and 2 other cards. I got used to opening the back after a few days...it was difficult to open at first, but it gets easier as you go. The case snaps closed securely, which is what I was looking for so I don't lose my cards. Another bonus is that it's not bulky and easily fits into my back pocket. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a wallet case!

Really poor design in the white version!

My husband and I both got these cases. I got the white outer shell and he got the black outer shell. His opens smoothly and easily. Mine, not so much. It takes so much force to open its I've dropped the phone! I got a replacement from the warranty services department and its no better than the first! Really, OtterBox? I've had and been really pleased with your products in the past. This is a real disappointment!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well, we do like to make sure your finances are secure in that Commuter Wallet, but you certainly shouldn’t have to work so hard to access your funds. It is curious that you are having an issue with the compartment door, but we’re not so sure it’s color specific. Generally, if the door is a bit tight at first, it will loosen within a couple of weeks. Obviously, you were expecting one to work smoothly out of the gate, just as your husband’s case did, and that would be a fair assumption. If you’d like to give our safe-cracking Otters a call at 1-855-688-7269, we could certainly look at trying another unit in white, or perhaps even making an exception and offering you a different color to see if that helps turn this around for you.

I’ve had my Commuter Series Wallet Case since July when I received my new iPhone 6 and I really like it. After using it for a couple of months, I was contemplating buying a sexier looking thinner case; that all changed last month when this case saved my iPhone. I was putting items in my trunk and laid my iPhone in the rear bumper because my hands were full. I left it there and drove off forgetting about it. After about a block away, I realized what I’d done and backtracked my driving path. I got out of my car and saw my iPhone lying in the street. It has been run over but it was in perfect operating order. I had to replace the screen cover, but it was a heck of a lot cheaper than getting a new phone! Needless to say I will never replace it.

I highly suggest this case for any phone! I used this case for two years with my iPhone 5c, then bought it again when I upgraded to the iPhone 6s for myself and my wife. Throughout the two years, I had dropped my phone quite a few times, but never had a scratch/dent/crack on my phone at all! This truly is an Otter Box, and for the price it can't be beat!

The ONLY real complaint is that I got the pink rubber liner.. I love it, but it gets dirty very fast! Any suggestions on how to clean?? I would definitely buy from otter-box again :-)

Cannot Get this thing to Open

I was so excited to get my first OtterBox case since everyone recommended them to me for their durability. I love the wallet cases and was excited to see this product since my previous wallet case broke. When I put the case on, I put in three cards and was not able to open the case at all. I struggled so much to slide it back open that I had to violently hit the phone against my dresser for it to release. And this happened the first time I attempted to open it! I was so disheartened. I was looking forward to this case but I cannot viciously attack my phone to get my cards every time I need to shop. Very disappointed.
