Hole for earphone jack is too small. IPhone as well as Skull Candy jacks do not fit. I had to cut out the hole on the shell in order to accommodate the jack.

That is strange that the earphone jack was too small on this Commuter case for the iPhone headphones. Although we cannot guarantee that all 3rd party accessories will be compatible, the Apple headphones should fit without issue. We certainly want to get more details so that we can get to the bottom of this mystery.

This is the second shell after the original. I rarely drop my phone, but when I have the Otter Box shell breaks, primarily around the camera lens.

This is my second commuter case. My iPhone 6s is two years old and has suffered several drops. My first commuter case cracked after two years but saved my phone! That’s why I replaced it with the same case. I really like the slim style and how it slips easily into a purse or pocket. It has all the features I want in a case including great colors.

Being able to buy just the part (hard plastic holder) & not a complete 2 piece case saved me money. However, because of lack of clarity on the website, I wasn’t aware of this until I was ready to return it & reorder. After calling with some questions, I realized I could keep & use what I ordered. Website needs to be clarified to indicate clearly that Commuter case is really two separate pieces. & that you can order individually .

hard shell wrapped around a squishy inside piece in a light weight and quite thin form factor. I've used the Commuter on my iPhone 4s and now on my iPhone 6 and I am amazed at the drops it saves me from. Unless you need it to be waterproof, IMHO, the commuter is the iPhone case of choice.
