So much less bulky than I remembered Otter Boxes to be. I got this after my daughter broke her phone for the umpteenth time. So pleased to say that in addition to being strong and protective, it is also lightweight and attractive. So far, so good!

The concept of this product is what caught my attention and it’s ability to carry up to 3 cards. But unfortunately the access to your cards is very stiff making it challenging with anyone with weak hands or arthritis. Concept is great functionality is weak.

To start, it looks like this order included a "Build-Your-Own" item, which sometimes is packaged differently than the standard Commuter cases. Since the warehouse has to pick the distinctly colored components from different places, the pieces are put into an environmentally-friendly bag rather than the usual box.
While the Commuter does not have a built-in screen protector, it should have come packaged with a self-adhering scratch protector that you can apply separately to your screen. If this was missing from the order, please feel welcome to call our friendly Otters at 1-855-688-7269, and they'll be happy to send one out to you. We'll do everything we can to ensure that you have epic OtterBox protection for a long time going forward!

I have bought several of these over the past few years and this one is the best! It is my second of this version and my first lasted over 2 years before my kids dropped it and made a crack in the corner requiring replacement. The slide wallet holder is initially very tight but with use over a couple days it loosens up, but not too much. It holds more than I’ve seen in competitors and is comfortable, sleep, looks great and doesn’t look like a wallet! I will not buy elsewhere. Worth the price.

I love the safety aspect of my otterbox 6 Commuter case however the plastic screen is not very good for touch screens. You really have to press HARD or more than once when texting or doing anything! I'm thinking of getting rid of it. I wish I could replace the clear plastic screen with a glass one....then this cover would be PERFECT!!
