Water trickled out when filter installed. With filter removed the flow was normal.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality

No Fuss Replacement

We decided on the automatic 6 month replacement as it saves a lot of money.
The new filter came quickly and took just a couple seconds to install.
Pros: Inexpensive, easy to install

the end hole size was made smaller, so it doesn't work as well.
Pros: new paperweight

purchased my refrigerator 2018. a big water leak was detected inside the where you insert the water filter. it was good that i have ordered an extended warranty for the product. what if? i have not the extended warranty? i am screwd. my samsung/lowes give me a new refrigerator if the problem is not fixed? the bottom line is, i'll stay away from samsung appliances all of it.

i love the filter and the auto present in the mail every 6 months! very easy and keeps my water clean! and by subscribing, you save, can't beat that.
