I have used it on Windows 8/8.1 and 10 and all the functions work well. You need the SetPoint software (from Logitech) to be able to config all the buttons - if you do not like the default behavior.
Not 100% sure, so if I were you I'd get the mouse and a pc to be sure it works for you. Seriously though, that's 100% depending on if there's support in the OS for it. I'm sure this would depend on the version and possibly even the model you own. It is a plug and play on pc so likely it will be on the Mac (or certainly should be)
Yes. It will work with any Apple computer that supports a mouse and uses the OS X operating system (Version 10.9.x or later -- including macOS Mojave). The Logitech Control Panel will install in the System Preferences app and can be used to configure the M705's multiple buttons & functions.
Nope, this uses BlueTrack technology. Great on most surfaces EXCEPT glass. I recommend the Logitech Anywhere line of products if you want to use the DarkField technology.
Did you download the logitech unifying 250.exe program? You must use this program to make unifying the mouse and keyboard to the computer. It may allow you to unify multiple items at the same time.
First off, I do not know exactly what the ASUS keyboard software looks like but there should be a disable button for it to not function as a mouse and only function as a keyboard. When the ASUS is disabled then you can restart your computer and then plug in the USB for the M705 mouse and it will work with out Logitech software installed on any Windows machine.
if you installed both correctly, then their signals probably are in conflict. Try verifying it by disconnecting the mouse. If the key board works, then you have to search on Internet how to change a signal range of the mouse or the keyboard. Or addressing this issue with manufacturers. Good Luck!
Go to the Logitech support website (http://support.logitech.com/en_us/software/unifying) and download the unifying software to match your mouse up with your wireless keyboard.
the functions of the button can be programmed thru its setpoint program that you install with the mouse if you want to, but not sure what you need for autocad you can check their support page here: http://support.logitech.com/en_us/article/44525?product=a0qi00000069vBvAAI
when you switch on the small power button at the bottom of the mouse, the green light will turn on for several second then it will go off. When the battery kind of low on power, it will turn on Red to let you know that it's time to replace battery
The green light is a battery indicator that comes on for a few seconds when the mouse is powered on or comes out of power saving mode. It will show different colors when the battery starts getting low, but under normal operation it will stay turned off to avoid wasting battery.
Hey there! The M705 is compatible with a PC that is running the following OS: Windows® 10,11 or later, macOS 10.5 or later and certified works with Chromebook.
