I don't have a definite answer for you, but here are a couple suggestions. First, call the Best Buy "Geek Squad" for assistance. They installed my Sirius XM radio and might be able to repair it. If that doesn't work, call Sirius XM support. They may be able to repair your radio, or if it is still under warranty, they could replace it. Finally, if those options fail, you might need a new replacement radio. This may actually be the best option because these radios are pretty inexpensive and repair costs can be very expensive.
