Slide paper tray out till it stop. Remove sheet of paper. On the side there is gray plastic guide that close in to guide the envelopes..

Pull the paper tray all the way out, then you can insert the envelopes and push the sides of the paper trays in, to hold the envelopes securely.

remove all paper in tray. put in envelopes with the closing lid on left side and facing up. squeeze tab to envelope size. start printing. make sure your software has correct envelope size on page set-up

I believe it will. I have not done it yet, but my last HP I used to make calendars with the heavy matte finish paper and also used it with Print Artist to make greeting cards using the blank cards purchased at store.

I have noticed that if I start the scan from the scanner itself I run into issues. If I open the scanner program from the computer I never have an issue.

Yes... I also opt for this on most of my printing to save my color ink. It is very easy... The choice is in front panel of printer and all you have to do is push black and white option.
