The speaker phone does not work by following the manual instructions. While connecting or on a call, just press the OK button to turn the speaker on and off. I have notified Tracfone to correct the instructions for Model #A405DL. Not sure what model you have. Go to Settings, at top scroll over to Device and click on Device Information.

Yes. When you make or answer a call, the word 'speaker' will show up on the bottom right of your screen, indicating that pressing the button just below it, will place it on speaker. When it is on speaker, it will change to 'Spkr.off' above the same button. You can actually toggle the speaker off and on for privacy at a touch.

Good afternoon, JERRYM. Yes, the phone comes with a "Handsfree speaker". In order to use it, while in a call simply press the "Center key", and you will be able to hear the coversation louder. ^Angel.

I think it's very loud. I haven't been able to use the side volume control to make it quieter as it's ringing, but this feature is helpful to my husband who needs the extra volume.

The person who was using this phone is deaf in one ear and wears a hearing aid in the other. He was VERY satisfied with the clarity and the volume.
He also had had previous phones that did not work for him and this one was wonderful!

You buy a card with the amount of minutes you want. There is a number on the card that you provide either by phone or online. It is really simple to add minutes. How often you add minutes depends on how much you use your phone and how many minutes you originally put on your phone.

can you put a listof contacts in the phone so you dont have to knw thenumber you are calling

can I add contacts to the phone and then hit the name of the contact and the number will be there to be dialed

If you have a name and number in you phone book or contacts move the blue bar (using the up or down keys to the name and press send and it calls the person (number)

The box shows that it is 3G Speed, internet and e-mail compatible. I am not sure about Wi/Fi. It does show that you can text and Picture message also, again I did not attempt to perform these functions or how many minutes it would use to do this.

help me with the functions of my A392G that I purchased to use with TRACFONE .Not sure how to get the most out of the features .

Where might I locate more detailed instructions ? Plus I and not very good with tech devices in the first place. I kinda missed the whole computer era . Sure would appreciate any help I can get. I probably need a video or something?

Though not a TracPhone user, or familiar with the phone you have, I know you probably are missing out unless you have a manual. Ideally, you should go online and Google the name and model of phone you have. You should be able to download a detailed manual if you are using a computer and printer or have access to one. In your case, I recommend asking someone with a computer and printer to do that for you. If you have internet on your phone, you can look things up there by going to Google and typing in your phone model. You should also be able to call Tracfone and when prompted, punch the number for technical support. A real person should be available to answer your question! If you bought via Best Buy, they are very helpful , too. Good luck!
