A:
Yes, you should be able to do that in just about any print job:
1. In MS Office (I have 2007 version) click the "large upper left circle" with the MS Office symbol.
2. Scroll down to "print" and click that.
3. A small window pops up.
4. Click the "down arrow" next to the name of your printer ("Officejet 8600 Printer" or something like it).
5. Select the "fax" option ("Officejet 8600 Fax" or something like it).
6. Click "OK" at the bottom of the window.
7. Wait a few seconds and your printer's fax menu should appear.
8. Fill in the necessary info and click "Fax"
Note: I don't have my HP printer anymore so the steps above may not be exact but it is the general process to do what you want.
TIP:
In general, when you click "print" and that small window opens up, you can click that small "down arrow" and choose whatever option you want. You may have the ability to convert your document/web page/etc into a PDF file (or anything else that is listed)!!
